Please email your return request with the reason to support@kivvitales.com , and our team will assist you.
5.How do I request an exchange?
Please submit your exchange request by emailing support@kivvitales.com with the reason for the exchange. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange within 48 hours, and the new item will be shipped to the address you provide, along with a tracking number.
6.When will I receive my refund?
If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us at support@kivvitales.com
